▍Morpholino介绍

Morpholino属于第三代反义寡核苷酸，主要通过阻断蛋白质翻译过程而达到抑制目标基因功能的作用，目前已经广泛用于发育生物学和细胞学实验中，并取得了非常好的实验效果。

Morpholino以吗啉环类似物为基本骨架，这种独特的结构特性使得Morpholino 具有以下几个特点：

● 与其他类型的反义寡核苷酸相比，Morpholino 能更好地抵抗核酸酶的作用；

● Morpholino 与靶序列结合后通过空间位阻效应发挥作用， 不激活RNaseH，不引起目标基因mRNA 的降解 ；

● 针对翻译起始位点区设计的Morpholino 用于抑制蛋白质的翻译，针对 pre-mRNA 剪切位点区设计的Morpholino 可影响mRNA 剪切，得到不 同的转录本，可以方便地用于目标基因结构域的突变研究；

● 与靶序列结合能力强，可以渗入mRNA 的二级结构， 并且特异性好。

配合Morpholino 的使用，Gene Tools公司开发了相应的递送系统，可以安全、高效地将Morpholino 输送至胞内，因此，Morpholino 也可以用于遗传学研究和新药靶标的发现以及验证。此外，Morpholino 可以标上荧光基团、亲和标签以及活性反应基团，以供不同的研究需要。

● Custom Morpholino：可以根据目标基因序列定制设计并合成Morpholino，用于体外细胞实验或某些直接显微注射的模型（如斑马鱼、非洲爪蟾胚胎）。

MicroResp™ is a unique microplate-based respiration system that enables the user to analyse up to 96 soil, sediment or water samples and test a range of carbon sources and/or replicates in a small compact space.

While some sole C-source tests tend to select for fast-growing bacteria and rely on growth of organisms, MicroResp™ gives more immediate responses to these substrates and reflects activity rather than growth by measuring responses in the first 6 hours. MicroResp™ is currently being used to carry out colorimetric detection or 14C detection measuring CO2 evolved from carbon substrate utilisation in soils. This methodology can be adapted to suit any experimental schedule and microplate reader although calibration is required.

什么是MicroResp™？

MicroResp™是一个独特的基于微孔板的呼吸系统，它使用户能够在一个小且紧凑的空间内分析多达96个土壤、沉积物或水样，

并测试一系列碳源以及进行重复实验。


虽然一些仅针对C-源的测试倾向于选择快速生长的细菌并依赖生物体的生长，但MicroResp™能在前6小时内对这些底物做出更

快速的响应，并通过测量响应来反映活性而非生长。

Cloud-Clone Corp. (CCC, Wuhan) is located in Export Processing Zone. Its quality management system is certified with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003. The featured products are reagents for life science research. 75% of the customers come from USA and Europe. Based on profound accumulation of technology and huge resource of primers, cDNAs, plasmids, hybridoma cells, as well as semi-products of detection reagent, CCC can provide 11,000 proteins, 19,000 antibodies and 7,000 immunoassay kits with short lead time. The Protein Center has four production platforms, including polypeptide synthesis platform, small-molecule modification platform, natural protein extraction platform, recombinant protein expression and purification platform using prokaryotic (E.coli) and eukaryotic (yeast, baculovirus or mammalian cells) expression systems. The Antibody Center has established a high-throughput technology platform for monoclonal, polyclonal and cloudclonal antibody production. The Preparation Center focuses on assay kit development and production. At present, its main products include ELISA kits and CLIA kits. The Detection Center is responsible for quality control of all the products, including proteins, antibodies and assay kits.
